Give up snacking and lose weight!

I have worked with hundreds of people to lose weight successfully. The best kept secret to weight loss is to eat only 3 meals a day and not eat between meals. Just have herbal tea or clear soda water.
Why is this so??? Because if you do not eat between meals and allow around 4-6 hours between eating you will allow all the hormones in your body to work and one is HGH which will burn fat, make you have a better immune function and will help to elevate your moods.

So ensure you have breakfast, lunch and dinner and skip morning tea and afternoon tea and shed some kilos. It really works!
